I must say that I'm rather dissappointed after watching the Shopaholic movie.It was altered a lot from the original plot from the novel itself,in a very obvious way.The fact that it was so damn Americanized really upsets me as a true fan of the novel(waaay back in 2004).How come Becky and the Bloomwood clans be turned into a bunch of yankees?Anyway,props to Patricia Field for being the saving grace of the movie.I'm really impressed with her work in the movie,a fashionably job well-done!I don't really despise this movie,it's still fun and entertaining to watch,but for those die-hard-fans of the novel,STAY CLEAR of the movie!You might burn the cinema down.
